Villa Mares

This beautiful, recently renovated 4 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Binibeca has plenty of space both inside and out to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. It has been constructed using the famous Balearic mares stone which makes it stand out from the rest! The entrance hall is spacious and leads into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The large lounge area is separated from the dining area and kitchen with a large arch the lounge has sofas, coffee table and a large fireplace. There is a Smart TV so that you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The dining area has a table and chairs with patio doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is open plan, and has a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, and fridge freezer plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need for a self-catering holiday. The Master suite with double bed is entered through a spacious dressing room and has a unique modern handmade bathroom which is in keeping with the traditional Menorcan style. This en-suite has a vanity unit, shower and wc Two of the bedrooms, accessed from the entrance hall are doubles and share a bathroom, again in the same style as the Master suite. This bathroom has two sinks, a half bath with large shower and wc From the kitchen there is an annex bedroom, this has a small double bed and en-suite with sink, large walk-in shower and wc All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside there is a terrace from the dining area which provides plenty of shade which has a large table for al fresco dining, as well as a corner sofa unit. From the terrace there are steps that lead down to a sunbathing area with large fixed daybeds which overlook the pool. There are additional steps that lead down to the pool area where there are sunbeds and more space to sunbathe. The pool is 8x6 meters with Roman steps. There are also steps leading up to a roof terrace with stunning sea views and an outside kitchen and dining table. Whilst the house itself is all one level it is worth noting that there are quite a few steps to access the different parts of the sunbathing areas and pool. Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
